The International Conference Centre in Edinburgh hosts some of the world's leading Conferences, Exhibitions and Banquets all catered for by Leith's.

We are currently recruiting for various roles within our friendly and dedicated team, from Hospitality assistants, waiting and bar staff to kitchen porters and team leaders. We are committed to delivering the very best in customer service and a passion for what we do.

Requirements

Applicants must live within daily travelling distance of the Edinburgh ICC.

Fluent English Skills
Amiable personality that can interact with a variety of customers
Previous experience in high end dining, 5* Hotels, banqueting or events service is preferred.
A good working knowledge of both Food and Beverage service
Impeccably presented
