JCA are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, flexible, friendly people to join our team of Activity Instructors for our 2007 season. Experiences galore! Abseiling, Archery, Water Polo, Trapeze and many more…

With our JCA centres situated in some of the most stunning coastal and rural settings across the South and South-west of England, there’s something for everyone!

Requirements

No experience in the Activity Industry?

No Problem!

All you need to bring with you is a willingness to try new things, an ability to relate to children, and a great sense of fun!

All our first year instructors are enrolled on our Foundation Modern Apprenticeship Program which will ensure that you receive all the relevant skills and background knowledge needed to send you on your way to becoming a fully fledged Instructor.

At JCA we offer a free, 3-week training program where you will be equipped with everything else you need to know to become the Best Instructor Possible! We provide you with the opportunity to gain National Governing Body Qualifications, an NVQ level 2 in Activity Leadership, first-aid courses, in-house training, good food and comfortable accommodation. And it’s all for FREE!
