Description
We are currently recruiting for Retail Staff to work every Match-Day at the King Power Stadium. You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a "can do" attiutude and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
For this position you must be available for every home fixture - This includes fixtures on Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Weekend.
You will work as part of our Kiosk team within the stadium to deliver service excellence to all customers attending the match.
Responsibilties
To have a complete knowledge of food and beverage items on the menu.
To ensure a high standard of service excellence is delivered at all times.
To dispense drinks correctly and conforming to current licensing laws.
To ensure cash andling proceedures are adhered to at all times in line company policies and procedures.
To assist in stocktaking at the beginning and end of the day.
To ensure that the standard of cleanliness in the kiosk areas are maintained in a safe and hygienic way.
Requirements
If you are immaculately presented, service driven with a "can do" attitude we would like to hear from you.
Minimum Age Requirement 18 years old
You must be available for every home match-day including fixtures at Christmas and Easter
