Approachable, well mannered, friendly and helpful are just a few of the qualities you will need as a Campsite Courier and remember, your main focus will be ensuring that our customers return home having had ‘the best holiday they have ever had.’
So how are you going to achieve this? Your duties will mainly involve cleaning customer accommodation for their arrival, welcoming them onto the campsite and ensuring that all the customer’s needs are attended to during their stay.
You will need to have initiative and be a quick thinker, able to resolve any problems that may occur on site efficiently and effectively.
As a Courier you will also be involved in montage (putting up tents) and demontage (taking down tents) at the beginning and end of the season.
Every year we welcome mature couriers to our overseas team. They work as Campsite Couriers in a team, or on a number of our sites which we have designated ‘Couple Sites’ or ‘Single Courier Sites’ . Please state when completing your application form if you would like to be considered as a ‘Couple’. |

You will need at least one year's experience of working with the public and knowledge of a foreign language is preferred, although not essential. Minimum age is 18 years old.
