Do you want to be part of the Leith’s Hospitality Catering Team working at Captial FM Arena, home to Panthers Ice Hockey!

Leith’s are proud to be the official caterer at Capital FM Arena and as a result we are constantly on the look out for new talent to work in the catering divisions of the arena.

As well as hosting Panthers Ice Hockey and Music Concerts, the Capital FM Arena also offers conferencing and events facilities. We are recruiting for fantastic Hospitality Waiting Staff, who are available weekdays or evenings.

You will be required to:
* Provide the highest standard of personal presentation at all times.
* Provide customer and client awareness at all times.
* Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times.
* Lay and prepare tables and service points for the service of meals.
* Ensure that adequate stocks and refreshments are laid out for service periods and prepared for service areas to standards required.
* Serve all meals and functions efficiently with correct food service knowledge, and clean down and carry out all necessary waiting duties as required.
* Take food/drinks orders from customers clearly and precisely and relay the order to the kitchen/bar as required.
* Serve wine and drinks at the bar or tables as directed by your Management team.

Requirements

All staff are expected to have:
* AT LEAST 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE
* The highest standard of personal presentation at all times
* The highest standard of personal presentation at all times
* Customer and client awareness at all times
* The highest standard of customer service skills at all times
* Self-composure in all situations
* A confident and outgoing personality
* A hard-working attitude and be prepared for a challenge

General Points
* Each shift will last minimum of 2 Hours
* Arrive at work on time and in the correct uniform
* Take instruction from management
* Work as part of a team
* Operate in an honest, helpful and friendly manner towards customers and colleagues
* Always leave areas clean and tidy
* Adhere to relevant Health and Safety Regulations

At least 6 Months Experience essential but a willingness to learn and a can do attitude is also essential.
All applications will be referenced checked and will need to attend a short interview and induction and training evening before they commence work with us.
Applicants must live within daily travelling distance of Nottingham and be UK/EU residents or non-residents with a valid UK work permit.
