Subsidiary of one of the world’s leading construction and services groups, Bouygues Enterprises France Europe (BYEFE) is a network of large building and civil engineering companies.
The business turnover is approximately €1.9 billion, with over 7,400 people currently employed across Europe. In the UK, BYEFE is represented by Bouygues UK, a benchmark contractor in the PFI and Design & Build market.
Due to international expansion, the group is actively seeking to recruit non-French, French Speaking Construction Professionals into the organisation.
This organisation takes training and development very seriously, and from the outset those joining the group will be given full support to help develop individual career paths. In addition, a limited number of places will be offered on their acclaimed European induction and development program “Le Club Europe”, where you will have the opportunity to meet and network with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.
You will begin your career in Northern France, where you will follow a 4 month induction programme including intensive French language training. You will also learn the group’s approach to business.
On completion of the induction programme you will be posted into one of BYEFE’s French subsidiaries.
After several years, you will then have the opportunity to return to the UK with the Group, to contribute to the development of their international activities or to further your career in France.

You should be formally qualified from either a construction or engineering discipline, recently graduated or with industry experience. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to speak, read and write French to a reasonable level, however, you are not expected to be completely fluent.
We are only interested in applications from candidates who have a keen interest in living and working in France for at least 2 years. |
