Part of the TUI Travel Group, SkiBound is a tour operator which has been specialising in school and adult group travel for over 25 years. As well as our locally run hotels, SkiBound operate ClubHotels which are exclusive properties run by British staff.
The varied role of a Handyperson involves overseeing the day to day maintenance around the hotel.
It is essentail that you are customer focused, hardworking and can work as part of a team. In this role you will responsible for all basic maintenance issues around the hotel, this will include carpentry, plumbing and electrical faults. This means you could be fixing a leaking toilet one day and a broken bunk bed the next.
As a team player flexibilty is required, you will also assist in all areas of the hotel when necessary.
Requirements
You must have:
* British/European passport
* UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Friendly and positive manner
* Previous experience in carpenty, plumbing and/or electrial
The ability to speak basic/conversational French would be an advantage but is not essential to this role.
