Description

Does getting paid to work in exotic locations surrounded by some of the world’s most stunning scenery appeal to you? Have you ever considered teaching English abroad? Now is your chance, English First is looking for talented graduates to teach English at their schools in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You will be based at one of our ten school located in and around Jakarta. When you join our team teaching English in Indonesia, you will not only discover a new country and language, but will also join a fun international community of teachers who share the same interest as you.

Our mission is simple: to break down the barriers of language, culture and geography that divide us. By teaching English in Indonesia with EF, you will become an important part of our mission to help Indonesia talk to the world.

As a full time teacher you will be expected to teach up to 27 hours a week, although a normal load is around 24 contact hours. You will be paid overtime after 23 hours per week.

You will get 22 days of holiday during your contract, some of which will be taken at Christmas and some at the end of Ramadan (summer/autumn).
