Do you have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service whilst achieving sales targets? Are you able to think on your feet whilst not forgetting to have fun in the sun in one of our amazing resorts?
You will provide excellent customer service and promote relevant excursions to ensure guests have a fantastic holiday. A fountain of holiday and resort knowledge, you’ll ensure that every one of our customers has the time of their life and be a key ingredient in ensuring the success of their holiday.

Essential:
* Demonstrable customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer's profiles
* Experience within a target sales environment where you have worked to individual and team set targets
* British/European passport
* UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner
* Mature and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to any situation
* Customer service experience
Desirable:
* 2nd European language to conversational level
* Previous experience in the tourism industry |
