Description

We're looking to employ a passionate, friendly, flexible! hard-working chef to cater for up to 24 people in our 9-bedroomed luxury chalet in Chamonix this winter.

We expect you to design a hearty breakfast menu, delicious cakes & canapes, varied and sumptuous 3-course meals. We expect you to keep high standards of kitchen cleanliness, controlling stocks and weekly budgets and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

You will have full input to menu creation and wine selection to compliment your great food.

Requirements

You will have had significant restaurant standard cooking background and the ability to create and deliver high quality 'fine dining' dishes.

Good people skills are also essential as you will be required to interact with clients on an ongoing basis. 

Applicants must be available until the end April, have a valid EU passport or French/EU working visa, have held a full, clean driving license for more than 3 years, be of a mature disposition, physically fit , and a non smoker.
