Would you like to join our team to be part of the most exciting music, entertainment and sport destination in the world?
We are currently looking to recruit suite attendants to join the Levy team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Knows and can describe drinks/food menus
- Displays a positive guest attitude
- Acts with a sense of urgency
- Meet and greet guests whilst taking any drinks/food orders.
- Serves all food and drink ordered in a polite, efficient and courteous manner
- Effectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques
- Ensures that correct drink accompaniment’s are available to guests
- Adheres to Levy appearance guidelines
- Attends any training sessions as required
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Ensure that health, safety and hygiene rules and procedures are followed at all times.
- Clean area at end of the day, dispose of all rubbish.
Requirements
Previous customer facing/ cash handling experience is essential.
