Are you a well motivated enthusatstic cook?

Ski Chamois is looking  trained enthusiastic Assistant Chefs to work in our jumbo chalet, Hotel les Chamois above Morzine in the vast Porte du Soleil. The chalet accommodates 48 people.

Service includes breakfast, afternoon tea, three course evening meal.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef, food preparation, desserts and pastries and working the lunchtime BBQ. You will be catering for up to 48 clients and meals must be presented to a high standard.

Opportunity to ski part of each day (not changeover day)

Requirements

Applicants must be professionally trained or have experience working in a professional kitchen for this role.

You must be used to working to a high standard and be be a team player.
