Description

Work abroad this Summer! Assistant chefs are required for adventure centres in France.

Responsibilities

Preparing food.
Cooking under supervision of head chef and alone.
Assisting head chef in maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
Deputising for head chef on days off.
Covering other kitchen staff on days off.
Assisting in other areas of the hotel on changeover days.
Help with other hotel and resort duties as required by the manager.

Requirements

Honesty and integrity.
No criminal record.
Previous cooking experience, and enthusiasm for cooking.
Knowledge of health and food hygiene procedures.
Flexible.
Cheerful and outgoing.
Smart conventional appearance.
Positive team member.
Demonstrate initiative.
