Description

As the Cook you shall be required to cater for approx 60 guests and staff, assisted by an Assistant Cook and Domestic. You shall design a Menu that will reflect a healthy regime and keep within Company budgets.

You shall oversee all health and safety and cleanliness of your Kitchen and dining facility.
