At Shelter, we take our fundraising very seriously.
Our street fundraising teams are one of our biggest generators of financial resources. These resources allow us to help people find and keep a home. It’s that simple.
We want our fundraisers to feel part of the big picture. That’s why we’ll work as hard as you to ensure you thrive in the role. We’ll train you, coach you, develop you and we’ll make sure you understand exactly how much we value you. Within a month, you’ll be a key member of the team. Within three, we hope you’ll be taking on a more senior role but that’s up to you!
Our induction is structured. You’ll join us as a trainee when you’ll earn £8.50 per hour. Even as a trainee, you’ll be entitled to the many team incentives on offer for great team performance. After four weeks, you’ll have a formal review and assuming all is going well your rate will go straight up to £9.00 per hour.

Requirements
If you are available for at least 3 months can work full time and firmly believe that everybody is entitled to have a decent home, then we’d like to meet you.
