As a Team Leader you will be the face of the charity and on a daily basis you will be using your drive and enthusiasm to inspire and support your team as well as inspire potential donors to support amazing causes. You will be responsible for planning and organising each days fundraising activity for the team, providing training and ultimately ensuring team targets are met. 

Hours:
Door Team Leader working hours are Monday to Friday 12:00 to 20:30 with some later finishes when fundraising outside of Bristol.

Pay:
We pay a highly competitive hourly rate of £9 per hour plus a generous and uncapped performance related bonus. Our top Team Leaders regularly earn over £600 per week.
