We are currently seeking a experienced housekeepers/cleaners to join our event day teams. This role is expected to work up on Harlequins Match Days, with other days as required.
Main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure your designated areas are maintained to a clean standard. This may include stadium, hospitality areas, internal suites, toilets, or outdoor pavements and features
• Perform duties to a very high standard to meet expectations at a prestigious, world class venue
• Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation at all times
• Always provide good customer services to ensure satisfaction of all staff and visitors to the venue
• Ensure standards and adherences to procedures are maintained
• Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations

• Taking instruction from management
• Excellent communication skills
• Working as part of a team, whilst being able to work alone
• Being punctual and presentable and able to attend all shifts

• Have experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
• Maintain the highest standard of personal presentation
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Work well under pressure
• Work hard and effectively
• Experience using cleaning machinery is beneficial
