The greatest sporting festival in the world is coming to Britain, and we are looking for the greatest people in the world to deliver a memorable experience for the millions of visitors who will descend on the UK......We are looking for experienced Lead and Commis Chefs to join our team during the Olympics 2012. You must be fully available during July to work at an exclusive venue bases outside of the Olympic Village in Stratford.

Requirements

Lead Chefs
·       Competent to work within or lead, manage and develop the team
·       Acts in line with guidelines and procedures, to ensure the team operates to it’s maximum potential
·       Always strives to deliver above and beyond the expectations set by management, customer and client
·       Has a proven desire for the delivery of the highest quality of service and food offer obtainable
·       Has the drive to ensure that all results are attained in the most professional and honest manner
·       City & Guilds 706/1, 2 or NVQ Level 2 or similar qualification
·       Experience of leading a successful team
·       Experience in a role at a similar level
·       Passion about food and customer service
·       Food Hygiene Certificate
