Description

Radisson Edwardian is currently recruiting for a Reservation Agent for its Radisson Blu Edwardian, Sussex in London.

A Reservation Agent handles all aspects of advance sales; customer enquiry, receiving and processing reservations, completing guest records and compiling arrivals lists on guest requirements. It will also be your duty to ensure all guests needs are anticipated and recorded to enable the hotel team to fulfill them on arrival and make the guest feel special. You will maximise occupancy and average room rate by offering an appropriate variety of rates and promotional packages driven by the guest requirements whilst adhering to rate controls and room type enforcement

Requirements

Applicants must have a good command of English and be computer literate. 1 year's previous experience would be highly advantageous.
