Your responsibilities will include:
- Complete hot and cold food preparation assignment neatly, accurately, and in a timely fashion
- Handles all food items appropriately during preparation
- Maintains proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food and clean up
- Prepares items for broiling by marinating, seasoning, and /or portioning
- Prepares food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to business level
- Cleans equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion
- Washes cookware and utensils throughout the day according to Chipotle sanitation guidelines
- Maintains appropriate portion control and consistently monitors food levels on line

- Must be able to follow instructions for recipes
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times
