My client who offer global serviced apartments are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The mission of the Partner Account Support is to look after and maintain a good relationship with assigned partner accounts, being the first point of contact for any questions about how we work, how they can get more bookings from us and how to use our partner platform on our website that they login to.

The role will involve some travel and the candidate needs to be able to go and meet new or existing partners when required. This would be predominately across the UK but may involve some international travel also. Other travel could
involve attending industry events or new partner property opening's, all of which requires great face to face communication skills.

Also, on a day to day basis, you'll be responsible for researching and connecting with new partners, working closely with the Client Account team that have client enquiries in new towns and cities we may not have much coverage in.

This will require great internet research skills, excellent attention to detail and good negotiation and persuasive skills.

Your main duties will involve;

* Meeting new potential partners and representing them and the benefits of working with us.

* Accepting or creating invitations to meet / catch up with existing

suppliers to find new ways to grow relationships and convert more bookings and increase profitability.

* Accepting and attending invitations from our Partners, such as opening events and Familiarisation trips, domestically and abroad.

* Creating bi-weekly or monthly newsletter / content and imagery for Marketing team's email shots.

* Liaising with marketing team to provide insight/ideas to all partner related

marketing material, both physical and existing or new website pages.

* Researching and introducing Suite Hub to new supplier UK and Internationally.

* Uploading new properties to our database when required and when our partners are unable to do so.

* Organising Partner accounts and data in the CRM, such as larger accounts hierarchy, data updates, key personnel updates.

* Being 1st point of contact to answer any partner questions or providing support for in-bound calls via phone or email.
