Description

Our client an expanding Cardiff based practice which offers a wide range of Business solutions, across Accounting, Audit, Tax, Payroll, Corporate Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency now has a requirement for a part qualified accountant to join them.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, high calibre and part qualified accountant who is looking to develop their career in accountancy within a supportive and dynamic business studying towards the completion of their qualification.

* This role is suitable for an individual who is AAT qualified (will accept level 4 qualified and above), ready to start their studies towards being Chartered and/or an individual who is part ACA/ACCA qualified.

* At least 2 years experience working in a practice.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

* The candidate must be able to draft a VAT return, a set of Management accounts and a set of Statutory Accounts accompanied with a Corporation tax return.

* Regular travel and time working at client’s premises; a willingness to travel and access to a car is essential

* Knowledgeable of firm’s services and able to cross sell those services into the client base

* Technical capability of producing accounts to a high standard and knowledge of current accounting standards (FRS 105 and FRS102)

* Experience of using cloud-based accounting software packages, such as Sage, Xero, Receipt Bank, Auto Entry essential

* Experience of CCH products desirable but not essential
