Accounts Administrator/Assistant

Permanent

£18,000 - £22,000 pro rata

Milton Keynes

***Part time/flexible hours***

We have a great opportunity offering part time, school friendly hours. We are looking for an organised individual that works with a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience of an accounting environment and Xero is preferred.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Process & payment of supplier invoices
* Processing of client invoices and credit notes
* Credit control & referencing checks
* Maintain and update client records
* Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
* General filing & emailing; to include scanning, electronic and hard copy filing
* Liaise with contractors/clients & accountant where necessary

We are looking for someone with:

* GCSE Maths, English & IT – C and above
* Accounting/book keeping experience preferred
* Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Accurate data input skills
* Excellent communication skills with clear and professional telephone manner
* Positive and motivated
* Can provide 2 referees
