Accounts Apprentice
Main Role:
To support the Finance Team in expanding the Payables function.
Key Tasks:
• To maintain Supplier invoices for variable and fixed charges
• To post invoices using our centralised integrated system
• To manage supplier telephone calls.
• To communicate to suppliers and maintain purchase ledger on Sage
• To manage internal invoicing system for variable charges and producing backup documents for client charges.
• To complete general administrative tasks
• To communicate to suppliers
• To complete any other ad hoc duties as requested.
No finance experience is necessary, but a bright individual with common sense is required
