Part-time: 20-25 hours per week

Hours of work negotiable but must include Fridays

Town centre location, parking available

Following a recent re-structure we are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a small, friendly company based in Taunton supporting sites throughout the South West.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, computer literate and versatile to cover a wide range of office duties. You will record all purchases/sales onto Sage and liaise with Accountants as well as preparing/issuing invoices and a range of other administrative duties to assist the business.

Requirements:

- Excellent Sage skills or Xero

- Competent in Purchase & Sales Ledger

- Credit Control experience

- Proficient in Excel and other IT packages

- Flexible approach

- The ability to work under own initiative and prioritise workload

- Good attention to detail

- Excellent organisation skills

- Ability to set up new systems of working
