Accounts Assistant Part Time



Temp with the view to go permanent

My client are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part time basis.

Main responsibilities include:

Processing expense claims

Processing invoices

Bank reconciliations

Liaising with sub-contractors and colleagues via email and phone

Entering Subcontractor Certificates

Checking and Matching Sub-Contract Order

Dealing with accounting queries

Matching Goods Receives notes

Processing BACS/Cheque/Debit Card Requisitions

Process mid & month end payment runs for Purchase ledger and Sub contract ledger.

Entering Reservation & Exchange deposits

Ordering Fuel Cards

Dealing with Utility & Service Companies and Local authorities.


The successful candidate will need:

Previous accounts experience

Sub contractor ledger experience is ideal

Experience in construction industry is a bonus

Attention to detail

Strong communication skills
