Accounts Department Administrator

Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

£22,000 – £26,000 per annum

Based near Euston, London

ASAP Start

I am recruiting for a strong administrator to assist with admin duties within the accounts department of a successful firm of chartered accountants based in Central London

Duties will include:

Time Ledger

Posting, checking and chasing up monthly timesheets from staff and Partners.

Fees Ledger

Checking and then inputting fee notes onto the system.

Reconciling and then inputting receipts onto the system.

Checking and then sending out monthly statements.

Dealing with general credit control inquiries, including communicating with clients.

Any other office duties, including filing, scanning etc

Assisting with Nominal and Accounts Payable Ledger from time to time as required

General

A working knowledge of both Word and Excel is required.

Background

Previous office-based experience is essential along with education to A Level or

equivalent.
