Specialist Brokers to the jewellery trade are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their Sevenoaks Branch for a fixed term contract of 6 months starting in- January 2019.

The candidate should have a strong administrative background and excellent typing skills.

You will need to be a confident and experienced customer facing administrator as they will be expected to call existing clients to make appointments for renewal visits for the sales team.

Previous audio typing experience is essential.

Offering a pro rata salary of £12,000 (£18,260 FTE) dependent upon experience and skill set of the candidate.

Monday 1.00 - 5.00 4 hours

Tuesday 1.00 - 5.00 4 hours

Wednesday 9.00 - 5.00 7 hours

Thursday 1.00 - 5.00 4 hours

Friday 1.00 - 5.00 4 hours

23 hours a week
