We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator working for the RAC based in the Bradley Stoke area of Bristol. Based out of a large and modern office, the RAC is ideally located for people travelling by both public and private transport thanks to a large, free on-site car park and strong public transport links from the City centre.


As a Sales Administrator, you will be tasked with the accurate input of key financial information and assigning of new members to the system. The role will see you working on bespoke internal systems as well as Microsoft Excel. The core aspects of this role are as follows:

-Process new orders and ensure that all required information is input into the system

-Assisting customers with the changing of personal information in the system

-Ensuring all orders are processed within agreed timeframes

-Escalate any orders that are not processed in the correct timeframe

-Support daily and monthly tracking of stock


For this role, we are looking for applicants who have a proven track record in a high-volume admin and data entry environment. Ideally with a minimum of 2 years-experience in administration, the ideal candidate will have experience of order processing and working on bespoke internal systems as well as Microsoft Excel:

-Experience of high-volume data entry

-Proficient on Microsoft Excel

-Ability to work to tight deadlines

-Excellent organisational and time management skills

-Commercial awareness/ability to work with numbers

Further Details:

-£9 per hour

-Ongoing temporary contract

-Requires flexibility Monday to Friday from 1pm-5pm

-Bradley Stoke Based

-Free on-site parking
