Description

Administration Assistant required by IT company based near Croydon. Salary £10/hour. Part Time role of approx. 20 hours per week.
Our client is a Microsoft Partner providing professional outsourced IT support and services to the SME and voluntary sector market for over 25 years. They now require an enthusiastic and experienced part time Administration Assistant to perform a diverse range of administration and sales / marketing support roles.
Responsibilities include:
-Regular contact with existing customers by phone / email to promote relevant IT services, promotions, etc.
-Regular contact with potential customers by phone / email for updates, on sent quotes, amended requirements, etc with a view to winning the business.
-Providing sales support assistance to the directors by helping with existing client and potential client quotes and proposals, etc.
-Dealing with suppliers with regards to information and costing for customer quotations.
-Liaising with third party Marketing providers with regards to PPC campaigns, SEO optimisation, etc.
-Answering phone as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manner and good written and verbal English as well as very good customer service and IT skills. You should have proven experience in a similar previous role , possess good organisational skills and be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
