Description

Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant? Are you looking to take on a new challenge with a leading Medical Devices Manufacturer? If so we are looking for individuals just like you!

The Compliant Communication Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Compliant Communication Team in their role as general management of the copy approval process for advertising and promotional materials and claims. This will be accomplished by partnering with internal and externals stakeholders.

The Compliant Communication Administrator will be assisting the Manager and Specialists as they traffic and monitor submissions through their workflow cycles.

This position is offered on a 6 month contract basis, working part time – 22.5 hours per week (3 days x 7.5 hours).

Responsibilities:

* Assisting Project Owner with uploading and linking references in the EOS Copy Approval system
* Monthly Team metrics
* Assisting Project Owner with the building of claims matrices
* Sharepoint site upkeep and maintenance
* Managing team document updates and adding to Sharepoint site
* Process and process development
* Ongoing partnership and communication with Compliant Communication Managers, Specialists and cross-functional stakeholders in order to achieve business objectives
* Respond to internal and external customer inquiries relating to references and claims
* Takes initiative to propose modifications to procedures and processes as appropriate
* Understanding and adhering to all relevant business SOPs
* Will be expert on copy approval workflow and digital asset management system in order to provide guidance and support to internal and external customers
* Pro-actively collaborate with the Compliant Communication technology team to identify and implement technology optimization
