Administrative Support Manager - Part Time 25 hours a week Monday to Friday 10.00-3.00pm

Braintree

Role Responsibilities:

* Planning and controlling changes.

* Managing quality assurance programmes.

* Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency, including the implementation and development of new systems.

* Support to the Managing Director in relation to company requirements, speaking with clients in LP’s absence, arranging appointments and diary management.

* Producing letters and documents of a confidential nature, compiling reports on factual information relating to the company that the MD may require.

* Training – Administrative support of external and internal training courses with team members. Inducting new staff & preparation of all course material including distribution.

* Ensuring that the company’s profile is always portrayed in a business-like manner.

* Write and keep up to date, desk procedures.

* Ensure all procedures are followed through accurately

* IT Support – Main contact for all IT issues ensuring that all providers are dealt with effectively, keeping a log of reported problems and be a trouble shooter support for the business and the team members within the branch and all systems areas.

* Train new members and help all staff with the system on behalf of the team as required.

* General Business – Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotions. Preparation and collation of material working closely with other team members (Resourcers) to ensure that the marketing leaves the office at an agreed time and is accurate. Creating monthly newsletters for clients and the temporary workforce, and all assistance with Company seminars.

* Overlooking marketing materials and initiatives to promote the business.

* Managing the Company website and ensuring that regular campaigns are planned to promote and generate new businesses.

* Regular meetings with team members to encourage new ideas and initiatives.

* Attending regular training courses for the purposes of keeping the company up to date with all rules and regulations and new technologies to improve efficiency.
