Strong administration skills with PowerPoint and knowledge of different systems?

Looking for part time – 3o hours per week over 4 days? (possible flexibility)

We are seeking a part time administrator to cover a maternity leave in Godalming for an initial 12 month period. Salary £25,000 ft equivalent so £20K for 30 hours plus benefits.

What will you be doing?

* Typing up correspondence, reports, proposals

* Producing invoices on an in-house billing system

* Preparing PowerPoint presentations

* Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets

* Supporting the team with client events

* Covering reception when required

What do you need?

* Strong secretarial and administrative skills;

* Well presented with excellent communication skills

* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
