Our client, an engineering company based in Aberdeen, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their Administration Team. This purpose of this role is to assist admin team, this position will be part-time for 3 days per week.

Responsibilities will include:

Answer incoming calls and directing to relevant members of staff and maintaining visitor book.
Administrative and support office activities not just limited to the following; receiving incoming and organising outgoing post, monitoring and ordering stationary / office / cleaning / marketing supplies plus any other daily office support.
Varied administration tasks, for example, filing, letter preparation, scanning, laminating, binding etc.
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including printers / photocopying machines including any ordering of supplies.
Processing purchase orders
Ensure that the meetings rooms and clean and tidy at all times with all the equipment assessable in the roomsTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following skills and background:

Administrative experience in a busy, fast paced organisation
Confident IT skills including MS Office packages
Ability to prioritise and use your own initiative to complete tasks
Able to problem solve and multitask
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
