My client are recruiting for a switched on administrator to build and maintain positive working relationships with service users and to provide the day to day front of house management and administration functions. This is a 30 hour/week opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage the reception area and proved exemplary customer service to visitors and stakeholders at all times.

To build good relationships with site users.

To manage deal with enquires in a timely and professional manner and seek feedback from site users.

To maintain the site calendar and diary.

To lead the coordination and administration of events and be a super user of the company database.

To use Oracle.

To complete other reasonable tasks in order to fulfil role purpose or as required by management.

Key Requirements:

Strong administration skills.

Fantastic customer service skills.

The ability to work as a team player at all times.

An agile attitude to work and the ability to multi-task.

Accurate data entry.

Acute attention to detail.

Good System skills

Experience using Oracle is beneficial.

An enhanced DBS will be necessary for this role.
