Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity with the chance to progress and develop?

My client are a FTSE 250 business providing facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business.

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual who has a strong administrative background to come in and hit the ground running. The role predominantly entails providing an excellent and helpful service to customer and client enquiries by telephone and e-mail, this will be working on a huge contract.

Main duties:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Required:

• Computer experience
• A polite & friendly manner
