Description

Our exclusive client based in Harrogate is currently looking for an Underwriting Support Administrator to join their team on a week by week temporary basis.

Your responsibilities include:

* Entering of new business enquiries onto the CRM System.

* Filing and saving documents into the system.

* Scanning / printing of internal and external correspondence.

* Processing lapses’ within the required timeframe.

* Administrative duties.

* Issuing correspondence to brokers.

* Issuing chasing letters from subjectivity database.

* Dealing with phone calls.

* Saving incoming correspondence from brokers onto system.

* Putting policies into renewals (monthly task).

* Issuing stop renewals and putting policies into renewals.

* Saving PDFs to the system.

* Debiting renewals.

The ideal person:

* Excellent keyboard and Data Entry skills, including practical and demonstrable knowledge of Word and Excel.

* Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to undertake repetitive work.

* Ability to manage and prioritise own workloads.

* Team Player.

* Ability to work accurately and consistently.

* Ability to work as part of a team or independently as required.

* Ability to communicate effectively with customers including other company members
