Atlas Recruitment Group, in partnership with Interbay Commercial, are looking for Apprentices in the Portsmouth area.

Interbay Commercial is a subsidiary of OneSavings Bank (OSB) and are the experts when it comes to commercial mortgages!

As an Apprentice with Interbay, you will gain fantastic insight and experience in financial services whilst we support you to achieve your Business Administration Level 3 qualification.

A bit about us:

OSB is an award winning challenger bank which focuses on specialist lending and retail savings. We’ve experienced significant growth over the last few years, with our UK employee base more than trebling to over 600 staff.

What will your role look like?

On a typical day, you’ll be completing a variety of tasks to support our Sales Broker Liaison function. This includes:

* Receiving calls and providing information to our customers deal with any queries that they have effectively

* Updating intermediaries on the status of their client’s applications; provide clear and concise communication as required and on a timely basis

* Identifying and escalating any instances of fraud or other suspicious activities and report these to line management.

* Participating in User Acceptance Testing as required.

* Completing general administration duties and ad hoc tasks or projects as and when required

Our requirements:

* Good communication skills and a willingness to learn the department from the ground up

* Existing Customer Service experience would be advantageous

* Self-motivation and initiative to suggest improvements and interact confidently with all departments

* Determination to learn and develop new skills, with the long term aim to progress

* Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English and ICT (Grade 4 or above)
