Responsibilities as our Call Centre Advisor include:

- Qualify Business’ for Private Medical Insurance as a benefit for employees.

- Once you have collated the qualifying criteria information, you will transfer the decision maker through to the Sales Team or arrange an appointment for a Sales Advisor to discuss relevant packages.

- Provide a professional, efficient, courteous and accurate service to our customer

- This is a fast paced role where you will be working to KPI’S

You will join us on a part time basis working Monday to Friday, 9.30am-2.45pm with no weekend or late evenings required. Full time roles are also available.

To become our Call Centre Advisor, you will have the below skills and experience:

- You must have strong attention to detail, an excellent telephone manner and exceptional Customer Service experience

- Will maintain a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks, acting as a champion for change and supporting management decisions, so as to contribute to good team spirit and the overall success of the sales team

- Passion for quality and highest levels of service

- Innovative (creative, able to challenge, improve)

- Compassionate, sensitive and totally trustworthy
