Description

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, the UK's leading provider in their field, who is currently seeking Weekend Customer Service Advisor's to join their fun and friendly office based in Dunfermline.

Please note: There may be Permanent opportunities available for the right candidates!

The Role:

* Providing first class customer service skills at all times.
* The ability to ask the right questions and record information accurately.
* Able to deal with difficult calls and empathise with customers.
* Work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis.

Candidate Requirements:

* You should be able to demonstrate previous experience within a Customer Service based role.
* Confident with fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
* Available for an immediate start and flexible with working hours.
