Our client near Ware is looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join their team.

This is a part time role, to be on 3 consectutive days, to be agreed.

Customer Service Adviser duties:

* Managing customer's enquiries and their accounts

* Offering technical advice and helping the customer get the most from the services they have

* Building relationships with customers to ensure that they feel valued and recognised

* Upselling add-ons and new services where appropriate

* Dealing with complaints where necessary and retaining the customer if they want to leave

Your experience:

* Retentions experience is key to this role, and you will have 1 year's experience of this

* Alternatively you may be from a cold calling or appointment setting background but wish to leave a targeted sales environment

* Customer service in a business to business environment ideally

* Experience of a busy and bustling customer service environment

Your skills:

* Commercially aware

* Customer focused at all times

* Tenacious

* Good attention to detail

* Excellent communicator

The salary for this role is £18,000 pro rata, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
