* Building rapport with clients and candidates (they should be your best friend)

* Have the ability to ask open questions and capture important information

* Happy to work to targets

* Savvy on a computer so that you can work quickly and efficiently

* Be able to think on your feet and use your initiative

* Used to working in a fast-paced environment
