Description

Part time data entry administrator required for a 2 week holiday cover. Hours are 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday working from Monday 15th to Friday 26th May. You will also be required to do a hand over on the 11th May for some system training. You will be able to work with very confidential information, and not be afraid to ask for help or guidance when needed. You will be working in an HR department, so the detail you will have access to is very confidential.

To be the successful candidate for this job, you will need to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 year previous administration experience. You will also be required to have a DBS check completed, which means you will need to provide 3 forms of identification, eligibility to work in the UK and proof of your current address. In addition, you will also need to provide to written references that we can approach on your behalf.
Responsibilities for this job are;
*Inputting data into an HR database
*Checking application status for security and clearance checks
*Assisting with general administration as required
*Answer any calls to the department and assist with queries if able to, or take a detailed message

Skills and experience required;
*Excellent communication
*Fast and accurate data entry speed
*Good telephone manner
*Able to manage queries
*Good MS office skills
*Minimum of 2 years previous experience of working in an administrative role

To enable us to get a DBS check completed, you will need to register with us w/c 24th April. We can use an existing DBS if you have registered your DBS on the on line checking service. You will be required to provide all the relevant documents at the time of registration, so that DBS checks can be started.
