Description

We are looking to recruit a Part Time PA - Personal Assistant based at our client site in Hindley, Wigan. This is a permanent role, 20 hours per week, Monday through to Friday 4 hours per day i.e 10.00am - 2.00pm. Starting immediately. 20 hrs per week equates to annual salary = £10,500.00

As the Personal assistant your duties will include

* Planned and co-ordinated logistics and materials for the for the preparation of the Directors report on a monthly basis
* Minute taking in monthly meetings
* Co ordinate, schedule and arrange travel for business meetings and social events
* Carrying out staff DBS checks when required
* Scheduling meetings with staff and/or clients
* Organising Directors diary's
* Compiling and sending out offers of employment
* Note taking in confidential HR meetings
* Administration of company vehicles/fuel cards for the region, including annual collation/check of engineer's driving licences
* Orders and distributes office supplies whilst adhering to a strict budget
* Compiling paperwork and updating HR/Payroll system for New Starters/Leavers within strict deadlines.
* Obtain various levels of authorisation for financial documents
* Organised and prepared meeting rooms and refreshments/lunch for internal and external meetings and training.
* Administration of staff annual leave for the office
* Administration of internal phone system, updating when we have new starters or leavers - ensuring information is always up to date.
* Entering of sick leave and annual leave on company HR system for all employees in the Region
* Co-ordination building requirements with landlord - first point of contact when work needs doing in the office/external building.
* Booking of hotels for staff on the company business account

Fleet Manager/Procurement

* Administration of the company fleet of vehicles,
* Main point of contact for all engineers with any problems with their vehicles - repairs/services/MOT
* Acting as a main point of contact for all queries / correspondence relating to control of Fleet supplies, to include liaising with external organisations.
* Purchasing of kit and arranging the fixing on lease vehicles as required - roof racks, ventilation, pipe carriers. etc.
* Dealing with Hire company to ensure new vehicles arrive and to the correct kit out requirements on an engineer's first day
