We are Usay Compare, the UK’s leading intermediary for Private Healthcare. Every year, we help thousands of clients across the UK find the best value Private Healthcare Insurance.

We work on behalf of a panel of leading insurers such as AXA, Aviva, Vitality and Bupa. No other intermediary or broker places more business with these insurers that we do.

What we are looking for:

Our administration team is a vital part of our business and we are looking to add to our already established and friendly team. We are looking for motivated and professional individuals who are looking to establish and grow their career within a successful organisation.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate: -

• Flexibility, enthusiasm and an ability to work on your own initiative.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• A 'can do' attitude.
• Dependability, a hardworking, professional and reliable attitude along with a strong team spirit.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent PC skills

The role:

• Scanning, collating and quality assuring policy documentation
• Processing renewal policies on the system
• Processing letters
• Liaising with insurance companies to chase any outstanding documentation
• Responding to queries from colleagues, insurers and clients promptly and efficiently
• Assist the Reception team in answering inbound telephone calls and directing these to the appropriate team

Hours:
• Monday – Friday 9:30am – 2:30pm (25 hours per week)
