Description

Our client based in Lichfield are currently looking for a Part-time Accounts Assistant to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
Main Duties:
• Inputting data through Sage 50
• Producing monthly management accounts reports
• Creating excel spreadsheets
• Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
• Inputting sales and purchase invoices
• Maintaining cashbook in Excel
• Allocating customer receipts and supplier payments within Sage
• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Producing monthly reports
• Managing year end procedures
• Producing monthly payroll through Sage
Key Skills:
• Previous experience within a similar role is essential
• Sage 50 experience
• Ideally a car driver due to location
• Excellent communication and team work skills
• Strong eye for detail
Hours of work:
12 – 14 hours per week to include Wednesday mornings
