Part Time-RAC Call Centre Advisor

We are currently recruiting for the RAC for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work out of their Contact Centre in the Bradley Stoke area. This building is ideally located with excellent public transport links from Bristol City Centre and with a free on-site car park, is also ideal for commuters with their own transport.


This role is an Inbound, Customer Service advisor role, working for the inbound renewals team at RAC. In this role, you will be speaking with existing RAC members who are looking to renew their existing policies for another year. Your role will be to talk them through the renewals process and advise on the offers and policies available to them:

-First point of contact

-Renewing policies

-Customer Service

-Objection Handling

-Providing detailed information to existing customers

-Inbound calls


To be successful in this role, no specific experience is required; we do not expect call centre specific or motoring industry experience. We are looking for customer service focussed individuals who have a passion for providing the very best levels of service and the ability to advise members on products and deals available:

-Customer Service experience

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment

-Strong telephone communication skills

-Able to handle objections


-£9 per hour

-Must be flexible Monday to Friday 8am-12pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm OR Monday to Friday 3pm-7pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm

-Part time

-Full training provided (training will be full time 9am-5pm for two weeks

-Based in Bradley Stoke

-Free on-site parking

-Immediate start dates
