Part Time HR Advisor – 20 per week (can be flexible with days)

Hales Group are seeking a Part Time HR Advisor to support our client based in Halesworth. Due to rapid growth they are looking for a HR Professional to work on a Part-Time basis to support their current HR team continuing to develop the HR department within the business.

Principle Responsibilities:

* Adhering to the company's HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and consistency in service delivery throughout the organisation.

* Leading and supporting initiatives across the organisation that promote health and well-being.

* Offering support and advice to managers promptly.

* Drafting offer letters and employment contracts.

* Working alongside the current HR team to ensure the department runs smoothly.

* Collaborating with the management teams to understand recruitment requirements, establish recruitment strategies to ensure they are getting the best talent for the company.

The successful HR Advisor will have demonstrable experience of the following:

* CIPD Level 3 qualification ( Essential)

* Positive, can-do attitude

* Approachable member of staff so that people can feel confident to confide in

* Proficient in Microsoft packages

* Experience working in a similar role

* Strong communicator
