Description

Job Introduction

We're recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy Projects,
Infrastructure and Construction team in Bristol on a part-time basis
(between 21 and 35 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity
to join a team which provides a comprehensive service to a wide
ranging client base which includes property developers, investors,
multi-nationals and public sectors organisations. You will be
providing full secretarial support to a range of fee earners within
this team, supporting with filing, diary management and invoice
processing.

Main Responsibilities

As a Legal Secretary our day to day remit includes:

* Filing and general administration duties such as scanning,
photocopying, archiving and printing in large volumes.

* Managing volume emails and Word documents both online and hard
copies.

* Reviewing incoming post.

* Preparing correspondence and completing standard documents.

* Invoicing, processing expense claims and time records.

* Proactive diary management including booking of appointments,
travel arrangements, meetings and conference calls.

* Assisting fee earners in tasks such as preparation of seminars and
other marketing events.

* File management and implementing firm procedures for case
administration.

following experience and skills:

* Candidates will need previous experience as a legal secretary and
excellent knowledge of Word.

* Experience with Excel, Outlook, Interwoven and PowerPoint would
all be an advantage.

* Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner and
client care expertise are essential
