An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our national clients as part of their internal sales team at their branch in Chelmsford.


- Contacting existing customers from a database
- Build customer relations
- Contact prospective customers within the branch territory
- Book appointments for the sales team
- Direct sales of low value products
- Update customers on new products/services
- After sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction


- Experience in a telemarketing position
- Excellent appointment making skills
- Outbound telesales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional Telephone Manner
